  1. RETURN ELIGIBILITY
    You may request a return or exchange within 7 days of receiving your order.
    To be eligible:

  • Item must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition

  • All tags and packaging must be intact

  1. NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS
    The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Items purchased on sale or discount

  • Innerwear or hygiene-related products

  • Customized or altered products

  1. RETURN PROCESS
    To initiate a return:

  • Email us at support@laddyluxe.com

  • Mention your order number and reason for return

  • Our team will guide you with the next steps

  1. REFUND POLICY

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days

  • Refunds will be credited to your original payment method

  1. CASH ON DELIVERY (COD) ORDERS

  • Refunds for COD orders will be issued as store credit or bank transfer

  1. EXCHANGE POLICY

  • Exchanges are subject to product availability

  • If your requested size/product is unavailable, a refund or store credit will be provided

  1. DAMAGED / WRONG PRODUCT
    If you receive a damaged or incorrect item:

  • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery

  • Share images as proof

  • We will arrange a replacement or refund at no extra cost

  1. SHIPPING CHARGES

  • Return shipping charges may be applicable unless the item is defective or incorrect
